Our most important regular activities in Slovakia include supporting non-profit organizations such as Smile as a Gift , Dom Nezábudka - Home of Social Services, National Transfusion Station of the Slovak Republic , League against Cancer and OZ Tajch . Many of these collaborations were also supported with financial resources from the international DHL Group fund.

In 2024, we successfully fulfilled our corporate social responsibility goals and actively participated in the largest corporate volunteering event in Slovakia - "Our City 2024". As part of this event, our volunteers revitalized the garden at the Bratislava Dúha crisis center and improved the garden at the Nezábudka association in Senec. Thanks to committed DHL employees and a financial contribution, we also enabled children from children's centers from all over Slovakia to enjoy the Papiernička summer camp, where they participated in games, competitions and activities focused on environmental protection.

DHL is actively involved in the environmental project GoGreen , in which our employees annually clean the Little Danube branch from garbage, thereby contributing to environmental protection. In cooperation with the Tajch NGO, we planted 1,400 new trees in the Nová Baňa area in the spring, thereby contributing to the revitalization of local forests.

Our company does not forget about supporting sports. For the sixth year in a row, we were the general partner of the international cycling race Sereďmaratón , which took place in May and was attended by more than 300 competitors.

We also support other local organizations, such as financially contributing to the LGBTQ Film Festival organized by the Inakość Initiative; participating in the LGBTQ InConference. We financially supported the Rainbow Ribbon, participated in a 6-month educational program that ended with a certification organized by the Inakość Initiative. We helped physically move the Inakość Initiative to a new community center.

We organize activities on generational, gender topics : Conference for Women in DHL, this year it will be the 3rd year for more than 100 women in DHL logistics; DHL also has a Women in Management initiative; we support mothers by adapting the changes "Mom changes at Samsung"

We have opened a collaboration with the social enterprise APTET and the Paralympic Committee regarding the employment of people with disabilities.

We support reintegration and help people reintegrate into society through cooperation with prisons.
