We have organized initiatives around neurodiversity, parenting, women’s empowerment, bridging generational gaps, LGBTQ+ inclusion, mindfulness, and mental health. By shining a light on these themes, we not only raise awareness but also provide tools and spaces for employees to support one another and grow together.On top of these initiatives, we conduct annual engagement surveys with a strong emphasis on inclusion. These surveys ensure that every employee’s voice is heard and help us to continuously improve our culture.
